Begin your journey with a visit to Nicasio Valley Cheese Company, California’s sole organic farmstead creamery. The Lafranchi family, third-generation dairy farmers, have been ranching in Nicasio for over a century and started producing farmstead cheese with organic milk from their Holstein herd in 2010. You’ll have the opportunity to tour their picturesque pastures, visit the creamery, and savor their award-winning cheeses that truly embody the essence of this 1,150-acre family ranch.

From there you will head to Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. where you will enjoy a private cheese tasting hosted by your own personal cheese concierge. Relax on the charming patio of The Fork, the company’s Culinary & Educational Center, while enjoying breathtaking views of grazing cows on lush pastures overlooking Tomales Bay.  A member of the founding family will share the captivating history of this renowned dairy, offering a unique glimpse into the 66-year legacy of this women-owned, sustainable, and award-winning operation. This exclusive experience combines exquisite cheeses, stunning scenery, and a fascinating glimpse into the heart of Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co.

Hop back on the bus for a short ride to Heidrun Meadery. Embark on an expertly guided tour of their production facility and uncover the secrets of sparkling mead; witness their estate honeybees in action and learn about their bee forage farm program, all while enjoying a tasting of their wonderfully refreshing sparkling mead varietals.

Your final stop is Goat Rock Beverage Co., where you’ll meet owner/cidermaker/winemaker Trevor Zebulon. Here, you’ll delight in dry hard ciders and wines crafted from biodynamic grapes and learn how a passion for fermentation led to the creation of California’s only certified organic cidery.
