Come try it for yourself and join Laura Werlin, an “edu-tainer” and James Beard award-winning author of six books on cheese, and David Upchurch, Chocolatier , as they take you on a tasting journey to find your own “Reese’s” moment – the perfect combination of cheese and chocolate that you wish were its own vending machine staple. Along the way, you will taste six cheese and chocolate pairs while learning about various cheese and chocolate styles, how and where each of them is made, and what makes each pairing so darn delicious. Each pairing will also feature a perfect beverage partner, and will culminate is a surprise creation made by David just for this seminar!
