Keith Adams

Keith Adams, a U.C. Davis graduate, began his career in the restaurant industry in Southern Minnesota, where he co-founded Bagel Bros. in Mankato. He later founded Alemar Cheese, known for its Bent River cheese. Adams then reunited with a college friend and winemaker to establish William Cofield Cheesemakers, an artisan cheese plant in The Barlow, Sebastopol, California. This new venture aims to combine tradition and innovation in taste and friendship. In November of this year, Keith combined both cheese companies under one roof at Cofield in Sebastopol.
