A few important details:
  • California's Artisan Cheese Festival uses an electronic, paperless registration and ticketing process. We have a complete record of every ticket purchase and will check people in by name. Your PayPal confirmation should be printed as a receipt (much like an e-ticket for air travel). Registration packets, including your seminar selections, will be available for pick up in the lobby of the host Sheraton Sonoma County-Petaluma hotel throughout the festival weekend.
  • Seminar sessions can only be purchased via full-day passes, and not individually.
  • Ten percent of all festival ticket proceeds will be donated to five nonprofits that support the artisan cheesemaking community and seek to eliminate hunger in the North Coast region. See About Us for more details.

More Important Details
All event registrations and ticket purchases are based on availability. All events are subject to change.
There is a two-week cancellation/refund policy for all festival events. When tickets are purchased the full amount due is collected. Cancellations will be accepted until two weeks prior to the first festival event, or until Friday, February 22, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. on February 22, 2008 will receive refunds equal to the amount paid minus a $60 nonrefundable deposit for each Gold Festival Pass purchased, or minus a $15 nonrefundable deposit for each single event ticket purchased.
